This CLE is for attorneys who represent criminal defendants in the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

• Drafting an effective Argument

 

All four presenters are members of the Tenth Circuit Criminal Justice Act Panel and represent criminal defendants on appeal in state and federal court.
